We have more data on the predictable Motorola Moto G5S Plus, a much more “premium” version of the existing G5. In addition to various improvements, we would even have a double camera included.
If you liked the Motorola Moto G5, either in its normal version or in its “Plus” version congratulations. More information is already known about Moto G5S Plus, a “top” version of the normal G5 with much better hardware and design. Nothing is known about the price or when we will have it between us, but thanks to Evan Blass, famous technological filterer, we can know more details about this device.
The improvements would focus on the size, construction materials and various hardware components, such as the inclusion of a double camera. We already know that this is not official information, but we bring it to you so that you can draw your own conclusions.
Moto G5S Plus: the small one grows in everything
Here are some features of the G5S Plus that we could see quite early:
- The material used would be anodized aluminum.
- 5.5-inch FullHD IPS screen at 1080p. We would not change the resolution, but we would talk about a larger screen size.
- The processor would not change: Qualcomm Snapdragon 625, Octa-Core running at 2.0 GHz.
- The configuration of memories would be 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory.
The most striking change we would have in the camera, which would go from being unique to being a double camera. Specifically, we would have two 13MP sensors (one color, and one black and white) replacing the 12MP sensor we would currently have in the single module. The front camera would also have an important upgrade, going from 5MP to 8MP. We would have diverse effects like bokeh, or selective effects of black and white.
It remains to be seen if we will see this version arrive next to the rumored Moto Z2 and Moto X4 and if we would see it in the event of 25 July. It seems that Motorola also wants to hit the table in its mid-range, something that users will appreciate.
